Hong Gia Style has a long history. It is originated in Taoist monastery on Luofu mounting in Guangdong Province, China. Hong Gia is an ancient Health and Martial Art System. It aims to give a student good physical and mental health throught the system of excercises combined under two main groups - Qigong and Neigong. Hon Gia can be started at any age.
