Hong Gia Style has a long history. It is originated in Taoist monastery on Luofu mounting in Guangdong Province, China. Hong Gia is an ancient Health and Martial Art System. It aims to give a student good physical and mental health throught the system of excercises combined under two main groups - Qigong and Neigong. Hon Gia can be started at any age and be practiced during all life.

Self-Defence system
Hong Gia can be used solely to improve one's health, but it can be also used as a self-defence system. We teach students how natural movements can be used for self-defence.
Long lasting efects
Sytems of Qigong and Neigong exercises are aim to stenthen muscules and tendons and synchronize movements with breathig with a long lasing effects. Hong Gia helps to improve one's immune system and helps to reduce stress.
